Imperial Rabbit Chest by Shephard's Magic

A beautiful oriental chest is shown and a live rabbit is placed inside being visible through the cut outs in front of the chest.  The magician then hides the rabbit momentarily with a panel and a metal sword is thrust through the middle of the chest.  The panel is slowly removed and handed to the assistant.  The sword can be seen inside the chest but no rabbit!

The magician then takes hold of the handle of the sword and extended portion of the sword blade and picks up the chest.  The chest is then allowed to be spun between the two hands using the sword as a balance.  This shows the complete vanish of the rabbit. 

The audience thinks the rabbit is hidden behind the panel that the assistant is holding but this is turned over to show that the rabbit has completely vanished!
