Three brightly colored tubes, one red, one green and one yellow that are well-made from lightweight yet very strong space age material are bonded together.
Three colored balloons (which can match the tubes, if you like) are inserted all the way through the three tubes. An arrow is pushed through all three tubes, causing the red and yellow balloons to pop. The green balloon does NOT pop! Comes with a complete routine and arrow.
