Show a picture frame and remove the portrait of Houdini. Reassemble the frame and cover it with a cloth. Tear up the photo, giving a small piece to a spectator. Place the pieces into a paper cone (included) and they vanish. Uncover the frame, and Houdini is restored, except for the spectator's piece.
