Bill In Can - Chow Mein

Borrow a spectator's dollar bill and make it vanish.  Then reproduce it from this sealed can of Chow Mein Noodles.

No instructions, just the can of noodles with a dollar bill sealed inside.  But you do get the serial number from the dollar bill!
