The magician displays a spool of thread. A short piece of the thread is dangling loosely, so the magician snaps it off. The spool is then placed upon a small wand and slapped smartly. It vanishes in an instant! In its place appears a beautiful silk handkerchief. The wand and silk may now be examined freely. Good close-up magic.
